Booking process
- Please note that you are not able to book using the above calendar
- Please ascertain availability using the calendar
- Reach agreement with all other parties on a date and whether am (usually a 10am start) or pm (usually 2pm)
- Contact Sarah by phone (0473 841 211) or email (sarah@atkinsonmediation.com.au) to make the booking
- When booking please provide details of all parties and their representatives along with contact details for the solicitors. Please also confirm the location of the mediation.
- A letter confirming the booking will then be sent to all solicitors
- An agreed brief should be sent electronically at least 14 days prior to the mediation
- If you need to cancel please provide at least 14 days notice
